This is what we will be making!!!
I try to write my tutz exactly how I make My tagz!!!
So Lets get started!!!

What you will need:

PSP8
( any version will work)
Eye Candy 3.0 or 3.1
Image,Tube And font of your choice!

Open a new Transparent Image 727X727
Don't worry we can resize later!
Click On your dropper tool and select a color from your tube for the foreground color and make the background color white.
Grab your Preset shape tool
Set it to rectangle with these settings.

Draw a rectange about the size of mine.
Layers/Conver to Raster Layer
Now grab your magic wand with the tolerance and feather set to zero click in the square.
Now go to
Selctions/Modify/contract
and use these settings.

Keep the ants marching
Click on your Paint Brush tool and use a brush to create the background.
Selections/None
Layers/Merge/Visible
Now lets give the square a drop by going to
Effects/3d/drop shadow
with these settings.

Now do it again Only change the vertical to -3 and the horizontal to 3.
Ok
Open a new Raster Image
200X200
Grab your Magic wand and click inside the Image
Copy and paste your image.
Selections/None
Duplicate this twice so you have three of them.
Now make the first one active and go to
Colors/colorize
This is the first color I did.

Do this two more times picking colors that you like.
Copy and paste these three colorized images onto the tag.
You may have to resize them a little depending on the size of the background.
Place them where you want them and
go to Layers /Merge/Visible.
Time to copy and paste your tube and place it where it looks best.
Add a drop by going to
Effects/3d/drop shadow
with these settings.

WOOOOHOOOO!
Click on Text tool because it's time for text!!!!
I played around making my letters dif. colors.
then I added a glassy look by going to
Effects/PlugIn/Eyecandy/Glass
and using these settings.

I added a drop by going to
Effects/3d/drop shadow
with these settings.

WoooooHoooooo!!!
Add any © info and your watermark!!!!
Resize by 85% !
You are done!!!!!
